In the customer portal, you see how many companies clicked on your link, how many are in negotiation, and how many have already become contracts. Each credit appears with date and value, in the invoice where it was applied.
My Referrals
Any individual (CPF) or legal entity (CNPJ) that is already a Serena customer with an active contract.
No. You can refer as many companies as you want, and each signed contract generates a new credit.
The credit value depends on the energy consumption of the referred company. The higher the contracted consumption, the higher the credit. The cap per referral is R$500.
After the referred company signs the contract. The credit is applied to the following invoice.
In this case, the referral does not generate credit because the negotiation was already in progress. The portal shows the status of each referral so you know exactly what happened.
Companies from the same economic group as the referring customer are not eligible for the program.
The credit is deducted from your electricity bill. There is no cash redemption.
